FAQ

Before You Reach Out

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often from dealerships getting started with us.

We respond to every request within one business day, and most of the time the same day. If you need service faster, call us at 1-866-364-8748 and we'll get a technician routed to your lot.

We service dealerships across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and New Jersey from our hubs in Harrisburg and Johnstown, PA. View our full service area or call us if you're outside the listed coverage and we'll see what we can do.

Yes. Quotes are always free and there's no obligation to book. For larger reconditioning programs, we're happy to walk a lot with you and put together a per-vehicle or monthly proposal.
